Mailboxes gone?

Are mailboxes *supposed* to be all disappeared (in Org) during the elemental invasion event?

I went to pick up mail on an alt only to discover that I couldn't, and it doesn't look like it's an issue for a few minutes. :-/

Any idea when I'll be able to get to one, or should I find someone to port my lvl 24 to Dal? I'm guessing any nearby town has similar issues. :-(
