Can't log-on to main character

After the Cata patch, it seems i cannot log onto my main character, a GM has already moved my main to various cities and have had me log in and out while they do some technical stuff on their end, but to no avail, the tech support had me unplug and replug my router and that seemed to work for only minutes, i got disconnected again and could not log in even after trying to do the router trick again, i deleted the cache and WTF and interface files a couple times, that doesnt do it eithier, it seems that when the loading screen has fully loaded my router's "DSL" light would blink red for about 5 seconds and its at that time it disconnects me. any ideas on what i can do?

This could be a few things. The DSL light would be an indication it could be your connectivity. We did have some reports of certain ISPs throttling information. If that specific character needs more information downloaded, that could potentially be an issue.

I'd contact tech again and see if they could troubleshoot this further. Also, a reset UI also includes the CACHE folder as well as the WTF and Interface folders.
