If you are inquiring about this or another Horde character, it would be because you do not belong to that faction, Titanicevil. Simply because there is a graveyard doesn't mean you are sent there. It is faction specific and therefore you are sent to the closest one that is appropriate for your faction.

There's one right outside of Org for the Horde. Just on the north side of the canyon entrance to the road running to Razor Hill.

Distance-wise I believe it is near the same.

1. In the picture taken I was the healer, the tank needs to L2P.

That would be up for debate but none of us were there and it is irrelevant to the issue at hand.
Q u o t e:

2. I queued for Random Instance, it is neither my fault that I ended up in an alliance instance nor should I be punished for using an in game mechanism.

It is an option that was introduced to allow players to queue up for dungeons, random or otherwise, from anywhere in Azeroth or Outland. The benefit would be in helping you find a quick group and not have to meet up at the instance by running their yourself. Remember though this mechanism, is entirely optional.

Q u o t e:
3. Dying is punishment enough for my party members being new to the game. I don't care how YOU think the game should be played, I am only interested in actually playing it, not wandering around dead as a consequence for my party members actions.

Regardless of how you or anyone else believes the game should be played the mechanics in place, including where your spirit appears when you are killed in a specific location was done so by design. This is how our Developers intended it to function. If you would like to see it function differently the appropriate way to do so is to provide your constructive feedback on our Suggestions forum. Our Developers and Community Managers can review your thread there.

You are right. It's [Removed] that I should have to put up with this, but life is [Removed] and we all just need to deal with it.

You aren't being set upon, Titanicevil, these are normal game mechanics and they treat everyone the same way.

Ho ho ho, I can say the word but I get a warning and my post gets edited by a mod when I put periods in the wo.rd.

Our policies cover both clear and masked language, Titanicevil. I edit the text and cautioned you against using it so you can continue posting. :)

No it wasn't, the filter doesn't filter the word damn. All I did was put a period in the middle of my da.mn. That is most certainly not against your precious Code of Conduct.

No, Titanicevil, that is not the word you used. I edited the post, I'm perfectly aware of what the word is and where the period went. The word you used is most certainly against our precious Code of Conduct.

Q u o t e:
Don't you bother reading before you post? Or are you simply used to mindlessly obeying authority you sheep?

Name calling is also considered to be harassing/defamatory, Titanicevil, as well as trolling.
Q u o t e:

All I am pointing out is the fact that:

1. I did not break any rules.

Incorrect. The word you placed a period in front of it often associated with the word Bull, which you did in your post. That is a violation of our Code of Conduct.

Q u o t e:
2. My post was censored for not breaking any rules but having the appearance of rule breaking.

No, your post was censored for breaking the rules.
Q u o t e:

However! This is not the issue at hand. I posted my problem in the wrong thread, now I will let it die.

After you attempt to have the last word on the matter it seems. O.o

Just as advice =/= vigilantly policing.

I think we are done here as we have gone very much off topic.
