Charater Restoration Problem

Earlier today I emailed the gm deparment to request the restoration of a character I accidentally deleted.

I come home after I went out and found I got response and the email said they restore the character but he is not on my character selection screen.

Is there a delay or was the email sent but the character not restored I have no idea and would like to know.
