Scroll of Rez not working correctly?

Hello, my husband is just not getting home after being away for several months and part of him coming back is joining up to the WoW community again, so I sent a scroll for ressurecting his account but it doesnt seem to be working like it should. He clicks on the "Confirm" Button and it just keeps sending Him back to that same page. His Toon name is Equilla on Thrall

Unfortunately, Wrath of the Lich King accounts are unable to claim a Scroll of Resurrection at this time, Anitia. While this may change in the future there has been no discussion of an update happening to this feature anytime soon.
