BlizzCon Pet & Email Change

This is a bit of a weird problem, so this might be the wrong place to try and get it solved -- of so, I apologize, and maybe someone could point me to the correct spot?

I bought the BlizzCon virtual ticket and as such, I should be getting my own little Deathy pet. One problem: I can't remember which email address I used to register for the Virtual Ticket account. There are two possibilities, and unfortunately one of them is now defunct. I think it was the defunct one, but I'm not sure. I haven't seen it show up on the other account though, so I'm pretty sure its the dead address. Also, since its been two weeks since BlizzCon, the ability to login to the website is gone, and I can't (a) verify which email I used (which would have shown up since I told it to remember me) or (b) change the email address if it was the defunct address. I looked but couldn't find a contact number or email address for BlizzCon on the site so I figured my best bet (at least to start) was the Customer Service forum.

Strange I know, but hopefully one that someone can help me out with. Any suggestions appreciated!

Heya Nomi,

You can inquire about this here:

    http://support.directv.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3030

I ordered BlizzCon® through DIRECTV but have not received my virtual pet. What should I do?

Pet redemption cards should arrive six to eight weeks after the event via USPS. If you are a DIRECTV customer who ordered either the BlizzCon Pay Per View event or the RayV Internet Stream and have not received your pet card by December 20, 2010, please send an email to [email protected] and include your name, mailing address, and DIRECTV account number.

Looks like you may only need name, mailing address and DIRECTV account number.
