Worried about a Keylogger

I am trying like mad to get to the bottom of this. A couple of nights ago at about midnight I went to log onto my wow account and was unable to. I had left my account logged in and it had auto-logged out about 20 minutes prior to that.
At first I thought that I had just mistyped my password but then I remembered an e-mail in my junk folder from Blizzard that I had written off as being a phishing e-mail. So I did a password recovery and was able to get back in. I called Customer Service this morning and it seems there were quite a few different password reset requests on my account and the password had been reset twice, once 4 hours before I had done it myself but oddly enough during that time I had been disconnected a couple of times and was able to log back in using the old PW.
At any rate I have since changed my e-mail and ran everything I have in my arsenal for finding a key logger from Malwarebytes, Spybot, Hijack This, and AVG to try and find a keylogger both while wow was and was not running. Nothing was found. I have an authenticator but I am at a loss here. Nobody but myself has access to my account or the answers to my secret question so I have no clue how the password was reset the first time because I did not initiate that. In the famous words of Scooby Doo... REEEELLPPP!!!

Heya Bogardan,

In your case, I can see the password changes that were done. I can see that the one who did the password change definitely was not authorized to do so. It is possible that someone else has your information, if you are sure you do not have a keylogger. I recommend to change your email, secure your account and secure your PC.
You can find tips on this here:
