Account just got hacked

I checked the account, Acexrip, and I indeed show the email being changed. The account on the other hand has been locked temporarily until you are able to recover it.

I can also confirm we received the Account Recovery Form you submitted and it looks as though someone is reviewing the case at this time.

In the event you no longer have access to the email address that was on the Battle.net account, you may wish to consider updating this email address into something a bit more secure.

The account recovery process is already in the works, Acexrip, so no need to worry there.

I have done a bit more investigating and can confirm the hacker is able to request a password reset through the website. In order for a password reset to be emailed to the player successfully, the person must know the first and last name on the account, the answer to the secret question, and the email address. If that information is submitted successfully an email is then generated to the registered email address. The hacker would then have to have access to this email address in order to confirm the change.

With that said, it is highly recommended that you change the email address associated with the Battle.net account to a new one. You can do so by contacting Account Services by phone.
