If you're playing from different locations/IP's you may want to look into the new dial-in authenticator.

Q u o t e:
I truely do not understand why people who have no idea about my accounts activities nor my login history, nor any affiliation with blizzard other than they rent access to a game thru them, think they have the knowledge to reply to my query to blizzard regarding a event that occurred on my account, which only blizzard themselves would have the knowledge and authority to deal with.

Why do you bother, just read the first line of my post and let it be, if blizzard does not reply to me, then so be it, but to flame and reply just for the sake of killing time is even more annoying and potentially makes my frustration worse.
Thankyou.

Because they are correct, Paul - this is a public forum and is intended for players to help other players, as well as a contact point for us.

I've not noticed any flames, they are simply trying to give you information. It usually doesn't take very long here on the forums to see any particular topic come up enough that the answer is fairly well known amongst our regulars :)

I'm going to go out on a limb here and make an educated guess your laptop uses different connectivity than your home desktop. That's most likely what is triggering this. It's for your protection - even WITH an authenticator nothing on the internet is 100%.

I know this may be frustrating, but it should also pass unless your connectivity just continues to change in which case this is likely to happen from time to time.
