Technically speaking, Aidenorestes, you can not "steal" the mount. Either you qualify for an item that drops or you do not. Depending on the looting method that you used if you qualified for the drop you would be able to roll on the item if you were using Need before Greed or Group loot. If your group used the Master Looting option the Master Looter would be able to assign it to a qualifying member of the group, including themselves.
If you entered under the Master Looting system and firm looting rules, beyond what our systems cover, were established and you believe that the agreement was violated you are welcome to submit a petition to have a possible scam investigated. This does not guarantee the redistribution of any items/gold but appropriate actions will be taken for any verified violations of our policies.
Information has already been released regarding specific mounts and items that are planned for removal with 4.0.3.

What about the proto-drakes and frostwyrms from ICC? Will they still be available from achievements?
Q u o t e:
Will the Reins of the Black Drake and The Reins of the Twilight Drake be changed as well?
Lylirra: Yes and no (respectively). These mounts will not be changing, and they'll remain available through their current mechanics in 4.0.3.
