Real id duplicate name remedy?

My son's account (he's 12) is under my name, my hubby, sis & bro-in-law and friends who have us both friended often struggle with knowing who is online. They are simplistically marked with a # at the end but I've been told it's not really helpful. Also, it's a little mind-tingling to be "talking to myself" all the time. :P
Is there any way I can change or modify the name as realid shows it so that it is obvious which account is which until my son is 18 and able to take the account over himself? Perhaps on accounts that are for our kids, give us the option of a secondary "owner" on the account and then be able to pick between the names for which one shows on the realid?
I know this is dangerous territory with account sellers and such, but I'm just trying to have a fun time in game with my kid, fam and friends.

I can totally appreciate your position as a parent sharing an account with a child.

Unfortunately, at this time, this is not possible under the system.
