R-A-F and cataclysm

i have a few questions concerning raf and cataclysm

#1 will raf still be usable when cata hits (triple exp, grating levels, ect)

#2 if the level grant and triple exp remaing in effect, will you be able to use these options on the new race/class combinations (like be warrior, troll druid, etc)

#3 if the new race/class combos are able to be level granted will they be eligble for the realm first 80/85 achivements?

also, not related to RAF but would like an answer anyway

#4 will players be able to race change to the new race/class combos immediatly, or will there be a wait period? i.e. can i race change me level 80 BE pally to a tauren pally right after cata hits, or will i have to wait

please note im not an achivement @@#!#, but these concerns may seriously destroy the legitimacy of these realm firsts
