i have another account but i cant access it, and im paying for it my other account is [Removed] and it just dowsnt go in i created another one but i want my character from the other one

The account in question is currently NOT merged, Arturius.

In this case you will need to recover access to the account by resetting the password. After the password has been reset, you should be able to merge your account.
