Alchemy still broken almost a month later

So we are almost a month in since 4.0.1 dropped and we have yet to see an official response to this issue when it comes to an ETA on a fix. Players who have recently picked up Alchemy on their alts are being left screwed over with no hot fix in sight to fix the problems. So why are we left hanging in the wind?

I can assure you that it isn't intentional, Rennadrel, different types of issues require different methods to resolve them. Some issues can be resolved quickly and the resolution applied with a hotfix where others take time to determine the cause of the issue and design, test and implement a resolution. Certain types of resolutions can only be implemented with a client side patch.

We hope to have this issue resolved fairly soon, Rennadrel, in the meantime it may be possible for our In-Game Support staff to assist with the matter. Though I am unable to guarantee it, please submit an in-game petition and one of our Game Masters will take a look.
