Paid race Change. Completed but not working

I saw the blue post today regarding that some paid services are not successful and sometimes have to get canceled midway and bug out. Mine completed, but its not showing up on game. Its been an hour and a half. Is it just taking a long time or is there a bug or something lurking around?

While every issue may not be connected, at the moment most paid service issues likely are and those are being actively investigated at this time.
