Locked up at end of H-HoR and need help

Hello,

Here is my dilemma that literally just happened minutes ago. I was healing a Heroic Halls of Reflection, we just broke through the last wall before the Lich King arrives, right when we ascend the stairs to the blimp the game crashed. By the time I got it closed and reopened again, everyone was gone and I didn't get to see or roll on anything. The chest was still there and available for me to open.

By the time I took 3 steps to get closer to the chest, it teleports me out of the instance... My question is this... I'd like to know if a GM would be able to tell me what dropped in that chest and since I was the only leather wearer there that could have used the boots or any feral dps item for that matter that was rolled either "Pass" or "Disenchant" if there is a chance I could get a restoration on those items?

I would understand if someone needed a ring since I missed out on the game crashing, but obviously I was the only leather wearer so I would have won regardless. Thanks and sorry for the long post but I am terribly frustrated at the moment and I put in an in game ticket too but lord knows when that will get responded to.

Actually the moving of your post only indicates that a Moderator would have seen your post. They are not Community Managers ( who wouldn't be able to address your question) nor are they In-Game Support staff. :)

As for the issue itself, Fallingstar, I'm afraid there is likely little we can if you disconnected prior to loot distribution. You will need to wait until your petition can be addressed.

It will be responded to as soon as it can be and according to @BlizzardCS standard queue times are around 12 hours on average.
