Faction change not work when i pressed done

Are you attempting to Faction Change a character on this account, Kakai? I don't see any attempts so it sounds like the request is being blocked prematurely.

If you are not receiving a particular message you may want to try clearing your browsers cookies/cache and reloading it or perhaps try an alternate browser if you have one available (i.e. if you are using Internet Explorer try Firefox or vice versa).
