Ninja being taken care of, but...

So i sent in an ingame ticket a couple of days ago regarding a ninjaing issue and got my responce back that said that the GMs had looked into it and "appropriate actions" is going to be taken against the said player.

However with that being said and them knowing that the item was ninja'd way from my priest (this toon) how come items are not awarded to the right players after they can clearly see that an item had been ninja'd.

Quite frustrating to know that something is going to be done to the player that ninja'd an item away from me but I am not going to be able to get that item that I worked just as hard for?

Some clarification is in order, Vereor.

I'm afraid we do not recognize cases of "ninja looting" as taking an item that you are not qualified for and do not have permission to take is not possible given our looting systems. What is recognized are scams.

In the case where a looting agreement was made and subsequently violated you can submit an in-game petition and report it as a scam. We will investigate the matter and if a scam is verified we will take appropriate actions based on our policy. This rarely includes the redistribution of loot though. If that were to happen the item would either be placed in your inventory or sent to your in-box.

What is Blizzard Entertainment's stance on "ninja looting" within the World of Warcraft?
