It is. Seems like now everyone just sits there and chats about every unholy thing they can think up. Right now, shattered halls horde side, they are just being....wrong. Can a GM do something about this? My ignore list is seriously not large enough. I'd say what they are chatting about but I'm pretty sure I'd get banned for posting it in forums.

Q u o t e:
You can report it but nothing will happen. I know people talk about this volcano effect on accounts but the same trolls have been on my server day in and day with the spam and I am tired of making tickets. Explaining whats said and giving time stamps and seeing the same exact people day after day just living it up. I just turned trade chat off and it's a damn shame that I have no other choice but to do so.

Did you submit these petitions on a different account, Scornheart? I see a few regarding possible naming violations but nothing regarding inappropriate language. The other accounts associated with the same Battle.net account don't seem to have any recent petitions either, the last one was 137 days ago which was addressed appropriately.

If you submit a report regarding a Terms of Use violation it will be investigated and appropriate actions will be taken. This does not necessarily result in the suspension of the account or actions that someone else may notice but action is taken. Remember our goal is to educate first, if the actions are continued and they are appropriately reported, they will find that these penalties stack and may find themselves temporarily removed from the game.
