Disable Parental Controls

Awhile ago, before we could just do this normally, I enabled parental controls on my account in order to turn off the Battle.net features in WoW. Since, there have been a few privacy settings implemented, not all I would like, but I have begun to use Battle.net with my friends who I know IRL. That being said I have no need for parental controls to be enabled on my account, I am 23 and it's rather silly.

A few weeks back I sent an email to support about the issue, I got this back:
Q u o t e:

Greetings <Redacted>,

You are receiving this email because you have either expressed interest activating Parental Controls or you are attempting to update the registered information on the account of a minor child for whom you are the parent or guardian.

Upon receipt of this information, we will update the account to reflect the contact details of the parent and provide you with the security information necessary to control these features. Be sure your email filter is set to receive emails from [email protected]. You may also wish to review the Parental Control FAQ page here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/PCFAQ.

Please submit the following information:

1) A legible photocopy of the identification of the current registered account user displaying the full legal name, date of birth, and expiration date (if applicable). Acceptable forms of identification for the child are: Birth Certificate, Passport, Driver's License, State ID, or Military issued ID (with the back photocopied). (School IDs are *not* accepted.)

2) A legible photocopy of the identification of the account user's legal guardian displaying the full legal name, date of birth, and expiration date (if applicable). Acceptable forms of identification for the adult are: Birth Certificate, Passport, Driver's License, State ID, or Military issued ID (with the back photocopied).

3) A copy of the Terms of Use (TOU) Form completed by the legal guardian (please be sure to provide an email address to which your child DOES NOT have access). The TOU form can be found here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/bnettouform.

You may send the information 3 different ways:

I replied with this because I wasn't clear on it:

Q u o t e:

Ok, I have an issue with that, I'm fine with submitting information but
I don't have a child. I merely enabled parental controls for myself as
I am over 18. Should I just submit my information twice? I clearly
have access to any email address I have access to so I can't use an
email address I don't have access to.

I have access to a printer/scanner/digital camera and w/e else is required, I just, don't have a child so I'm not sure what to do there. The account is my account. Should I submit my information twice? That seems redundant. Should I make one up? That seems somewhat dishonest. It's been a few weeks so I was hoping I could come here for clarity on the issue. I just wanted to be able to keep all my account options in one place on my Battle.net account. It's not a huge issue just a kind of organizational thing.

Thank-you in advance for your help!

If the account is not registered under a child's name, you should should be able to send in a copy of your ID and the TOU form.

Additionally, make sure you write Remove Parental Controls in the form. Send all your information to [email protected] and they should be able to further assist from there on.

Q u o t e:
Does this mean the back of the ID photocopied is only required for military IDs?
Correct!
Q u o t e:
Also, I can fill out the terms of use agreement form EXCEPT signing it on my computer, including the part where I print my name and the date, right?
Yes you may. The signature is the only thing that needs to be signed by hand.
