When communicating to Account Admin...

I have a character that was flagged for a name change because it was reported (inappropriate). I get two emails from two different game masters using the same robotic copy/paste cookie cutter response. The first one, I read over and think to myself ,

"Ok, no problem. They want to educate me which is fine but I still have some questions that I'd like to ask."

So, I reply to Blizzard with my questions. What do I get in return? I get the same cookie cutter copy/paste robotic email from the second game master. Which....does not answer my human response. Don't get me wrong. I am all open to communication and for being educated. By all means please educate me. But when I get a copy/paste email from two different people and my questions go un-answered....I have issues with.

Is it too hard for you guys (Blizzard) to come up with a non-robotic cookie cutter copy/paste reply? I am about to graduate college. In one of my final classes we are told that everyone is customer service. I am the paying customer, you (Blizzard) are the company. Can I please get a simple non-copy/paste reply that answers my questions?

As much as we'd like to hand-craft every individual email that goes out - with many thousands of them a day, we simply do not have that luxury, Veliste.

Our standard emails are crafted in such a way that they should answer just about any question a player may have on any particular subject.

What was your question that it did not answer?
