Scroll of Rez not working

Ok, i tried to cast scroll of resurrection on my 2nd account.

When i opened the email of the 2nd account and clicked the link, it gave me an error saying that i wasn't eligible for SoR. So silly me, i recast the scroll. After recasting it, it suddenly occurred to me that i was still logged in on my primary account which gave me the error message.

So i log in on my secondary account on battle.net to be sure, click the link on the email window, which opens another window to confirm said scroll and now it is stuck on the confirm window however many times i click on the confirm button. I log out completely from battle.net, log out from yahoo mail. and relog in. And it is still stuck to the damn confirm button.

Short story: There are 2 scrolls cast on the same account, and now i am stuck on the confirm window. Is that the reason why i am not getting my 2nd account rezzed ?

Help please. Thanks.

This may be something that Billing will need to assist with, Foamy.

One thing to try, try clearing the cookies and cache in your browser - or trying another browser first.

If this is browser related, that may well clear things up for you.

Looking at this a little further, would this be the account that's already been upgraded to Cataclysm and has 4 characters on it - on Suramar? If so, a scroll isn't going to work on an account that's been upgraded to Cataclysm, that's probably the issue.

I presume you've never used a scroll for that account before?

I'm at a loss if this isn't a browser issue. I'm not seeing anything for the information available to me that would tell me why this isn't working.
