I started looking through other forum posts, got frustrated, and realized why should I spend a half hour - hour of my time looking up posts. I pay like everyone else. So I'll make my own post. (It's late, I'm drunk, and I'm frustrated).
I have a level 73 character. BG queues on this character have been insane in the last two weeks as I leveled (Started him three weeks ago). I have sat in a queue for 4 hours before. I can understand, ok yeah, no one's queuing in the 30 range. Ok, no one is queuing in the 40 range... But now I'm 73...
I pop on my mage ... and the queue pops off (for AV) within 3-4 minutes. Every time I've done it on my alt (at level 71-73) it has been at least 30-45 minutes wait. Tonight, 2hours plus. I popped over to my mage, and presto! I'm joined to an AV in a minute and a half.
Bottom line is, there's something wrong. The queue times say 3 minutes. For AB they say 6. That never ever happens for me. Maybe they are a summary of everyone, or a summarization of everyone level 80, or whatever. That should be updated. But anyway, not only should that be updated but you need to look into whats going on. I've seen massive posts talking about the queues and stupid ass responses from employees "Hey, just wait till Cata yo!! It'll be fixed then". WTF kinda response is that? How about "We'll have a peek and fix the<removed> since you, and massive others like you, are paying us, and experiencing a problem".
