Player not found?

Tonight during a random instance the tank decided to be a real jerk and grief the group bleh I put in a ticket which was replied too super fast (yay thanks!)

But my issue is I decided to put him on ignore ofcourse so he is never in my group again. This was just not working out for me at all. I have tons of people on my ignore list from my realm and other realms. And never had this problem before.

When I clicked his name and hit the ignore button it kept saying: player not found.
So I copied and pasted his name from my ticket, which I had just shift clicked to add it so I know it was exactly right, , directly into the ignore box and It still said the same thing: player not found

IDK what to do? Is it a bug or was I doing something wrong?
I put it in exactly like this name-realm
