Typically the Game Master department will send you an in-game mail as well as an e-mail to address we have registered on file if you are not online when we try to provide a response to your inquiry, Doitforjohny. Glad you were able to track down the e-mail for your first petition. Were you having additional trouble, or was your second petition regarding the same topic as the fist?
