Paid Faction change problem!

I'm trying to faction change my character, putting in everything exactly right and the site keeps giving me the same message over and over. I have tried 2 different credit cards.
Transaction unsuccessful. If you are sure
the credit card number was entered correctly,
please contact Billing & Account Services
for further assistance.
I went to billing & account services and there was nothing helpful, I'm hoping I don't need to wait on the phone for 45 minutes.

Transaction can often times fail due to fraud block or card protection policies.

Where you able to verify with your financial institution if there is anything blocking the charge?

If not, you may wish to consider it as an option. Make sure you specifically state that it is an online transaction.

I followed up with our ATS crew, Pvphero. At this point you may want to go ahead and double check the following:
  • Card holder's First and Last name
  • Full Card Number
  • Security Code
**NOTE** For security purposes, please do not post any of the above information on the forums.

If you continue to experience a problem you may want to try the second option that was offered to you.
