Another acount plz help

I want to start a 3rd acount but when i go to the create acount page i cant purchase just a game key ,it wants me to download entire game which i allready have what do i do ??

The prompt to download the game is optional, Plott. You should be able to click "Return to account management" and proceed with the next upgrade.
