Help! Unable to purchase Cataclysm pre-sale

Hi there.

I was wondering if there's any general issues with the Cataclysm pre-sale because I am unable to purchase it.

After submitting my credit card information I get this error message:

The following problems have occurred:
* There has been an error processing your request.

First of all, this is extremely vague and doesn't give any information as to: if there's an issue with the servers or if there's a problem with my credit card.

I'm using a prepaid VISA card that is registered under my name, now before you say that's the problem, I must point out that my roommate, who's using a regular bank owned VISA credit card is having the exact same problem as I am, and also I was able to purchase a transfer using my prepaid credit card.


Now I'm at wit's end, I have tried all matters of troubleshooting to solve this issue and nothing seems to fix it.

I have:

Cleared my cache
Tried a different browser
Tried early in the morning
Tried late at night
Contacted Billing, they couldn't help as they don't have the presale option on their side (Really? Why not?)
Changed my account information to be the EXACT same thing listed in my card's registered profile
Called VISA themselves to make sure that the card was working (that's moot anyways, as pointed earlier)

So tell me, is there anything I can do? Apart from buying the physical copy, which would cost me more money in the long run?
