Authenticator Issue

I ordered an Authenticator when my room mate's account got hacked on the 5th of October. The same day he also ordered an Authenticator over the phone. My card was charged for both the authenticators, the money came out for each of them successfully, and I received mine approx. 2-3 days later. I let him use it, because there was no way of selecting which color you get, and I got the brown one, and wanted to see if I could get the blue one for myself, because I liked that one better. So I let him use the authenticator that was sent to me, and was gonna wait for the one that was sent to him.

That was the 5th of October. This is the 6th of November. I have still not gotten the Authenticator yet. After talking to them on the phone twice, and being told both times that sometimes it just takes a while for them to get sent out, the first guy even said he and his sister both ordered them soon together, and one arrived a full week ahead of the other, but this isn't a week, this is over a month now. Since calling hasn't helped the issue, I am hoping a post here will at least give me an email explaining the delay, or maybe someone else coming up with a reason why both ordered and paid for on the same day are over a month so far apart.
