BG queue broken for Shadowburn battlegroup?

We weren't merged w/another bg as far as I know, but this evening at some point queue times shot up to where right now it's been over 30 min w/no bg launch. I heard others complaining about it and giving up w/no bg's tonight and it appears to be the case.

FYI - I'm only talking about "RANDOM". Others report times like 1 hr 35 minutes, 47 minutes, 1 hr 43 minutes - all from random shout out in trade just now. Only 1 person reports a SotA match within the last hour or two (one match).

Update: 12:56PM: BG restarts have concluded. Please try entering a random BG once again and continue to report any issues you see.
