GM Ticket

Well I put in a ticket yesturday about a Recipie that was left on Anub'arak in a ToC25 run asking to have it looted to me and I am very upset with the way the ticket was handled. They gave me an automated response saying "Sorry we couldn't catch you while you were online." BS, because I was in fact ONLINE on the Character that had the ticket open (which is this toon btw). Also stating that they can not transfer an item that is held by another player. It was NOT held by another player. It was left on the boss and was never looted to anyone and our ML/RL at the time of the bosses death had already left the raid group and the instance.

Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with this BS automated response when I was infact online on the correct toon.
