Can't post to new forums

sooo, I added 6 months worth of game time which will expire in january. prefer to not be billed automatically. this means although my account is available for play it is not considered "active" and I am not eligible to post to the new forums. is this working as intended?

I honestly have no answer for this, but you aren't the only one I've seen post this concern this morning.

I'm passing this concern along. Since the new forums are in a shake-down period, this may very well be part of things that just need addressed - but I don't know for certain.
