GM didnt even read my ticket correctly...

I opend a ticket regarding the deserter buff and being kicked from a bg after a dissconect.

i got a ingame mail saying the copy and pasted " we will investigate the matter and take all appropiate action, We appreciate your assistance in keeping Wow a safe and clean enviroment....
we will be unable to contact you...."

Basically i got the response id get for reporting someone for abuse.... When my ticket involved nothing of the sort.

It does look like some communication may have gotten crossed here, Shongy. I do apologize.

Now, as to your petition, there is really nothing the Game Master staff can do. If you get disconnected in a BG the mechanics will quite often remove you instantly - just as if you did /afk. I can understand your frustration with this, but this really needs to be a concern you present to our developers in our Suggestion Forum, or in the PvP forum.

It does look like there were two petitions here, the first one did indeed receive the appropriate answer.
