Got charged for two subscriptions

Recently my 6 month reucrring subscription randomly didn't recur and my account was frozen. I have checked and it's not a problem on my behalf (sufficient funds, credit card still in date etc). After waiting an hour or so and it still being frozen I decided to purchase another 6 month subscription which was fine. The next time I looked at my Account History it says this:

4/20/11 $77.94 USD 6 Month Recurring Pending

10/20/10 $77.94 USD Six Months Recurring ($12.99 per month) Active

4/20/10 $77.94 USD Six Months Recurring ($12.99 per month) Expired

I emailed the Account & Billing services who replied saying they didn't understand my problem, which I replied more clearly. The only response I got was an email asking if the problem had been resolved which it hadn't.

In short:
Does this mean I'm paying for 2 subscriptions?
What is this pending one all about?
And why didn't my subscription recur in the first place?

These are all excellent questions, Psych, but ones that would be best answered by our Billing department.

On the account you are posting under here, I don't see a method of payment listed. I do see a compromise restoration back in June - part of that process does usually wipe off the billing information.

We do have an Australian number - or you may wish to look into a program such as Skype. Many of our international players speak highly of it.
