My parents tried getting into it but blizzard isnt sending the key site to enter it....

also is it possible for my parents to receive a weekly log of my log in/log out times?

There are no parental controls established on the account you are currently posting under, Madelynn.

If you go to Account Management, under Additional Services, you should see the entry into the parental control portion of the website with more information.

If they need further assistance, our Billing department should be able to answer any questions they may have.
