No Ticket Response from GM

I put in a ticket today about not being able to complete WC (Mutanus does not get spawned, the disciple is just kind of standing there channeling for about a half hour).

I tabbed out for a second and tabbed back in, and noticed that my ticket had been turned into a survey. Unfortunately, even scrolling up I did not receive any word from a GM in any way, shape, or form, and did not receive an e-mail.

I can understand that the GM might not be able to help me, but why not even a hello or apology? I don't even have a GM name to supply feedback. What happened here?

edit: And the tickets I've put in since 4.0 minus this one have been wonderful. Fast responses and great GMs, so I'm wondering why the sudden turnaround.

Q u o t e:
I did receive an in-game mail a few minutes ago.

I'm not really mad about that, it's just a vastly different experience from the other ticket responses I've gotten in the past few weeks. :/

Not all Game Masters are able to speak directly with players, especially if the situation does not benefit from direct discussion. Many bosses, like the one you encountered, are unable to be interfered with at the Game Master level, and as a result, the best solution is for them to forward the information regarding the bug or error on to Quality Assurance for testing and future resolution.

Be aware that many old world boss events can get "bugged out" if you defeat the encounter too quickly. If possible, you may want to do something like unequip your weapons and melee them, or stagger out when individual mobs die to best avoid these situations.

I have yet to have a GM to respond to 1 ticket I have put in for the last 6 months. "Working as intended"

Pepsee, I see only three tickets submitted in the last 6 months, and all of them were resolved or abandoned by you. We are unable to respond to petitions that you abandon, as they leave our queue. The other petitions you submitted were responded to appropriately: one for a deleted character and items (which were restored), and the other for a character that was stuck (which you resolved yourself and logged off before we received your petition). Offline correspondence was sent in both cases, as in both cases you were not logged in when we received your petitions.
