I am just about done with this game, I am extremely upset with the way I have been treated by customer service, and im just tired of it. To me it seems as if you have no control over your game, I made a ticket regarding a problem I had with the first day of the patch, I had 3.5k honor points that I had worked extremely hard for before the patch and while I was afk getting lunch my brother spent it all on regemming from arp to strength, which I had not intended to do. The ticket response was as lack luster as could be.

The GM said he could not reimburse me for my honor, I am upset, I WORK WAY TO HARD, for something like this to happen, If you can't give me my honor back, I'd like to quit.

I am sorry to hear you are so frustrated with the outcome of your ticket, Senthal, but you may be directing this frustration to the wrong party.

First of all, restorations of any kind are not always guaranteed.

Secondly, the account holder is responsible for the security of the account. This includes if a family member accesses the account and performs actions you did not intend. While you may not have known your brother would do such a thing the fact of the matter is he did. It is this simple fact that cannot be ignored.

Lastly, if you plan on being AFK from the game it may be best to log out completely so your brother cannot access the account and make unintentional modifications in the future.
