What the Hec!!!

Hello GM i was wondering why my brother in law is not on my recruit a friend thing cause if not for me he wouldn't be playing WoW. i can give you all the info 2 everything with the account and everything you need for i am the 1 who set it up for him his email is actually under his moms name which shouldnt matter but atm he dont have a email account set up. but n e ways i want 2 n ways i want 2 no why hes not there and why we havent been getting the bonus xp and where is my mount cause when he does finally get WoTLK i want 2 be able 2 take him places u c. and i thought that was the whole reason 4 the flying mount but n e ways please inform me of the the heck is going on with that plz and ty....
