My server needs help, GM does nothing.

For the past 2 months, the 2 characters Removed - please don't call out other players on the fourms on the Malfurion realm have been "under the map" mining in various zones. We KNOW he is exploiting, because nodes will just vanish with no one around them, and ALOT of people (including me) fly around with track humanoids on, and he moves at about 400% speed. I personally have put in about 5 tickets, and ive talked to MANY people, on both horde and alliance who are tired of it and also have petitioned. Yet every time we ticket this person, we get the same copy paste response. When we ticket other people/infractions, we get personalized responses and sometimes a GM chat. But when it comes to these 2 toons, its always the same, and nothing is done.

Its gotten to the point where myself and others are thinking of server transferring or just quitting the game all together. Im not saying its the GM doing this. Im not saying the GM is protecting this individual. Im not a "conspiracy" guy AT ALL. But something is going on here, and I hope you guys can get to the bottom of it. We've ticketed other people that do this, and that toon is banned fairly quickly. But again, not the 2 mentioned above.

*also, it seems more than one person is running this little operation. i can log on at any time, any day, and find them farming away under the ground. Armory them. Thats not a normal toon.

Its been going on for too long.
