Guild Tabbard Disappearing

I've redone the guild tabbard probably 10+ times now and it keeps randomly going back to a blank tabbard...

Is there a bug I haven't heard about? Or a way to fix this?

OR DO YOU JUST NOT LIKE THE OCTOPUS ICON?!!?!?!?!?!?!?

Is the icon disappearing for select members, or the entire guild, Júicebox?
