Yes i've been hacked and yes i will get an authenticator i have been playing for 5 years and thought i was invincible. Please help Mr Acc Restorer. I have no access to my Battle.net whatso ever and i'd appreciate it if i could get a help button pressed for me. thank you in advance.

While we don’t have the magical help button you are looking for, we do have this:

This will start the ball rolling in recovering the account as well as give you all the details on what steps to take when a compromise occurs.

I did a bit of investigating into the account and the email address was changed which is why you are unable to perform the password reset. Not only were they able to change the email address but the hackers were able to reset the password themselves. Allow me to explain.

When a player needs to reset the password to the account they must be able to provide the first and last name, email address, and answer to the secret question in order for the password email to be sent. The player would then access their email address, click the link to be taken to the page to change the password, and make the change. The hackers knew the details to reset the password and the password to access your email address to complete the process.

With that said, your current email address is no longer secure. At this point you may wish to consider creating a brand new email address from a secure computer to be used for the Battle.net account and then contact Account Services to make the update.

In the meantime, I show the account being locked at this time for a security measure. This will prohibit any access to the account until you are able to recover it.
