How do I know Cata downloaded

Between the time the account is upgraded and the launch of Cataclysm, files will be downloaded slowly in preparation for 12/7/10. The entire game client will not download all at once, Celestiál.

I did check the account to see if the account has been upgraded to reflect Cataclysm and it has. The order you placed is still queued, which simply means the transaction has not completed at this time.

If you are referring to when the additional files will be available, Surge, they will download automatically when they become available to do so.
