Cataclysm digital copy in Australia

Hi so I just bought the cata digital copy on an Australian account, and it says I can't log in until 4.01PM. At first I was a bit frustrated as I had to wait 16 hours more, however I was wondering - are other countries going to be able to log in earlier? I saw something about not being able to access cata content until 12.01am PST? Is this true? Or have I been screwed over and I get it delayed because I'm in Australia. E.g if someone in Australia picks up the physical copy at midnight (Australian time), will they be able to log in and start leveling and I will have to wait until 4PM?

Thanks would love someone to clarify :)

Cataclysm will not go live until 12:01am PST on 12/7/10, Piebank. You would have to do the time conversion to know what that time would equal in your time zone as indicated by this post:
