Hey,

According to my battle.net I've got Parental Controls enabled on this account but I didn't ever activate them. I want to use Real ID, but its turned off and saying that I need a parent to go into Parental Control and enable it.

I never set up parental controls for this account, and therefore have no email that can do the Parental Control changing.

It appears as though Parental Controls were established when the Battle.net account was created, Tiburøn.

Since the Battle.net account was created today, you may wish to contact the person who set up the account if it was not yourself. Parental Controls cannot be disabled over the phone, however, Account Services will be able to provide you the necessary instructions to update or disable this feature.
