Hello i quit world of warcraft a few months ago i came back to the game yesterday but when i tried to log into account management it said my battle.net account doesn't exist,i quickly went to armory and all my characters are still in game,i tried to log in at the battle.net site but that didn't work either so i tried to make another battle.net account using the email i used last time however now all my expansions and characters are missing? iv sent a email to blizzard however is there anything else i can do to resolve this issue?

Sounds like you may have used a different email - or perhaps even had a typo in your first one.

It shouldn't let you create another if that email is already in use.

I'd recommend giving Billing a call to see if they can help sort this out for you.

And no, your new Battle.net isn't going to have accounts that were merged elsewhere.

If it's not coming from the registered email, they may not be able to answer.
