Achievement Issue

Hi Blizzard... I already have sent an Open Ticket for this issues in-game, but I thought it was a good idea to publish it here, because Ticket haves limited character writing... Before I start, I want to say that all I'm about to say will be entirely real, and if GM can see what happened, they will see I'm not wrong. Here it goes:

I found out a pugs that were at 8/12 in Icecrown Citadel (10 man), and they needed a tank (me). So I went in their party, and we even decided to do achievements of those 4 more boss. Then we went to Lich King. And this was the first time I would have beaten the Lich King (all the others but him). They also decided to make the achievement Been Waiting for a Long Time (10 man). So we started it, we were good to get the achievement, then some were dying on Defile, and then, trying to kill a Valkyr, I fell off the climb (ahah yea I know, that is fail). Then I released, since 4 were already dead and I thought they couldn't have make it to the end... But I was wrong

With a 6 man alive, they downed the Lich King from 50 % to 10 %... All the other dead of course didn't released, but I did... So everyone got their achievements... But not me... No Kingslayer, no " Been Waiting for a Long Time".

I know it's a very technical situation, but the facts are that I played a big part in those 2 both achievements that they got. After that of course I was pissed off, then the raid leader told me to Open a Ticket, because they all agreed that I should have got them.

I know it's ONLY an achievement, but I've tried to kill so much time this Lich King, and now I do not have all my time for WoW since I play Starcraft 2, and I rarely have time to do alot of raid.

So I just hope GM's are going to be comprehensible.....
