Ticket answer had nothing to do with my prob!

Hello all,

So a few days ago I wrote a ticket and made a post here in the customer service forum regarding dungeon loot that disappeared from my inventory after I rezed.

Fortunately, the ticket was answered rather quick recommending me to reset my UI. Also containing in this message were instructions to write another ticket if the problem was not solved. Sadly, the problem was not solved so I wrote another ticket. This ticked was also responded to very quickly, however it had nothing to do with my problem!

I received the "Thank you for contacting us regarding your exploitation concern" game mail by mistake!

My [Glowing Eye of Mordresh] was never mailed to me! I would really like to have my problem solved. :[

Looks like your petitions were mixed into a separate issue. :( The good news is that currently someone is taking a look into the petition you have open.
