Hacked... twice in 24 hours?

I'm a very safe person when it comes to my computer. I don't follow links, I don't pirate software or download programs from websites. I'm completely baffled as to how my battle.net account was hacked yesterday. However, I went through the process, did full scans of my computer with updated AVG, gave myself a new email password and a new battle.net password in the correct order as per the recovery tools.
Yet somehow, once again this morning I find my account hacked. Yesterday when it happened I got no emails about the transfers or password changes that occur.... which is odd since you're supposed to get emails when those things happen. I have to assume someone had direct access to my email account and deleted them? This morning I got a bunch of emails about the password changed, how the account was locked do to suspicious activity... and then transfers of my character. Now two characters were transfered yet I only got an email about one character being transferred.

I don't undertand.... I didn't even have time to purchase a keylogger. How can an account get hacked one day and then the next day hackers are free (if they manage to get the password again) to do it all over again?? Isn't there something to say "hey this account just got hacked in the last X days... we better not allow password changes or character transfers again for a while".

I'm very disappointed. I know it's obviously somehow my fault they've managed to get my password. But right now I feel like I'll have to cancel my account completely because I have no way to stop this from happening.

One thing I can say with 100% certainty, Kaio - they are/were into your email.

An authenticator was added and removed. There is no way that can happen UNLESS they have access to your email.

You may very well have yet unidentified malware as well.

Please go over the security tips in this sticky.

I'd recommend making a wholly new and unrelated email for this purpose once you are certain that your system is secure. That effectively changes your account name.
