Hacked account partial recovery

My account was recently hacked on ~10-16-2010. I was traveling on business in Taiwan and when i first tried to log in I was told my account was locked and that i would need to reset my password. I reset my password and the next day I logged in my account was in the process of being looted. 3 of my characters were moved to other servers and poor ole Oop was changed to an Orc! Oop was the guild master and thus my guild was looted and disbanded.

I immediately started the recovery process and have since gotten back about half of my gear I suppose all of the guild bank items. Though, I had to put out the cost of creating a new guild and buying the bank slots. I have gotten back a lot of the lost gear but am still missing about half of everything taken. I got back a few silver from each character but lost 1000s from each over 65k total lost gold.

So my question is, what do I need to do to get a complete recovery. This is a very old account. I have been playing for over 5 years. I have sent an email to the blizz recovery gms and opened a ticket in game.
