3 days on a faction change! why is this? :(

On this char I did a faction change on October 28th at around 7pm Newfoundland time it is now 10:50 pm Newfoundland time october 31st and still the faction change is on going. it has been in total 76 hours for this one faction change when I have friends who have done it and it only took 1 hour? Could some one tell me why this is happeneing? how It could be sped up!?

I do apologize Carlorr. While I'm not privy to the cause, there was some kind of error with this transfer. I've asked the character be reset to it's starting position.

If you could log into that character just to make sure he's accessible and try the transfer again, they normally are fairly fast. Anything that doesn't go through for this amount of time usually indicates there was an issue with the transfer of some kind.
